Support Management Portal
TAs use this website to easily visualize, assign and track the various email conversations from students that ask for help with their Pre-Work assignments before enrolling into the course.
Every new email thread received from a student is automatically assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
Optionally, students can also register their own accounts on this portal to view a complete archive and history of all their support requests and conversations with us. A valid email address is required to use this system and track your support requests.
